I've been working at a home that is getting ready to go on the market. Some of the things I have suggested include Removing an artificial tree from in front of the front doors. It was blocking the view of the beautiful wood doors.  Elimination of some furniture in breakfast room to make room appear bigger. More to come on home staging.
